Warranties 2024 We will be handling warranties for shell of the boat directly with factory following the example of Jackson Kayak procedure. Upon verification of warranty and proof of destruction of old body, for cost of covering the shipping we will offer:
- Shipping of an replacement shell directly (client covers the shipping)
- Shipping of an replacement shell to distributor/dealer (can be added to shipping with dealer for participation in cost, provides lower cost but needs to wait for next delivery, to be arranged with distributor/dealer)
- As either of above but full replacement, for extra charge of 400 euro. (shipping excluded, price due to change based on parts costs)
- In case of failure of singular outfitting piece, that outfitting piece can be replaced.
Verification process: - Each boat will have a serial number. With boat there will be attached warranty instruction.
- Serial numbers will need to be registered at our website after purchase indicating date, reseller and invoice number.
- Upon registration of warranty, user will need to accept it’s terms and brief instruction of using the boat.
Warranty wording:
From Paddlers to Paddlers
I, first owner of the boat that I’m registrating, acknowledge that this is a warranty for a whitewater kayak. It is to be used as designated by paddling in the rivers. Sadly, using it as sled, sliding off the banks or flying off the ramps and roofs is not what it is designed for. I understand that all defects that are mistakes of production will be assessed and if recognised then we will do our best to do it justice. In fact non of these should pass our quality control but we are all humans but as foremost we are paddlers – we understand very well where damage comes from and what we expect to be. I understand that warranty is applied for first owner and proper use of the kayak.
Selected examples of things that warranty won’t cover: - Parts of outfitting being changed from original!
- Damaged caused by replaced parts Usage of equipment against to what it is designed for (i.e. sledging)
- Tying of nods on the ropes or pulling them too tight to seat position. The rope shall not be tight tighter than to the position of backrest reaching back side of the seat in used position.
- Mechanical damage caused to the boat including scratches,
- Pitting as natural form of processing the plastic
- Kiss off rough shape at front and back of the rim
Selected examples of what warranty will cover and likely outcomes: - Significant defects from original shape
- Imperfectness of plastic & hull shape
- Cracks of cockpit coming from a as advised used of the boat
- Wrong outfitting
- Blowholes

- Shipping of an replacement shell to distributor/dealer (I understand that it can be added to shipping with dealer for participation in cost which provides lower cost but needs to wait for next delivery, it has to be arranged and agreed with distributor/dealer)
- As either of above but full replacement, for extra charge of 400 euro.
General advise of common sense and product safety – if your boat has been deeply damaged after unfortunate accident of the river (pin, pitting, direct contact with sharp rock) and it carried visible signs of damage (crack, falling of shape, detachment of outfitting, becoming pretzel around the rock) – we know boats can be wielded, brought back to shape by hot water and broom, heat gunned and more but please remember that these boats should not be used for difficult whitewater where your life may be at hazard on equipment failure. We are trying to keep our boats cheap and accessible and we hope that you will choose a replacement and let the old boat have a rest on the pool teaching beginners rather than checking how many times can the plastic be bent.
I understand that to receive this compensation I will need to provide a proof of destruction of subject that is ongoing the warranty process. Only then it can be granted.
